Trimmer killed in horrific wood shredder incident

A worker cutting trees in Menlo Park died Tuesday in a wood chipper incident, according to CBS News Bay Area.
The video shows police and fire officials gathered around a wood chipper partially covered by a yellow tarp.
Menlo Park Police said that after reporting a trimmer falling on a logging machine, officers found a man dead from injuries sustained in the incident.
The California Department of Occupational Safety and Health/OSHA is investigating the death. The tree trimming company was called SP McLenanhan, officials said.
Cal/OSHA has up to six months to determine if there is a workplace safety issue and issue any subpoenas.
